A “Homeowner Roadmap” manual for your knowledge and comfort will be given to you at the time of contract signing. This manual will inform you of the home design process, financing tools, stages of construction, decorating process, and our warranty obligations. This tool helps you understand the process you will be going through so you can enjoy it to the fullest. You can eagerly anticipate each building step as it comes along, rather than feel “in the dark”.

  • Energy saving Tech-Shield roof decking controls temperature in your attic space, which ultimately reduces your heating and cooling costs.
  • Tyvek Housewrap water vapor barrier ensures water doesn’t penetrate the building envelope and bring moisture inside the home.
  • Circulating hot water pumps provide convenience and long-term cost savings through reduced water usage.
  • “Certainteed Optima” blown-in-blanket fiberglass wall insulation provides a higher R-value in your walls than conventional batt insulation.
