We are a high-end custom homebuilding and remodeling company located centrally in Tyler , Texas. We build approximately 50% custom homes for clients and 50% spec homes. We have design professionals, both in architecture and interior design, that work closely with our clients to ensure they get the home of their dreams. We value straightforward, pro-active communication with our clients in order to make the process both efficient and enjoyable. Owner and President, Ross Conner, has been building homes for 8 years in Austin , Texas, Denver , Colorado, and Tyler , Texas. Conner Communities, Inc. began operations in 2005 in Tyler under the direction and ownership of Ross and his wife Stacy. Ross learned the industry in Austin with a nationally recognized homebuilder, and was promoted into management to run the construction operations for their Denver Division. He felt a calling to strike out on his own late in 2004, and began his first spec homes in Tyler in early 2005. Ross is a native resident of Tyler and enjoys time with his wife and 3-year old son Jack when not on the job. Ross is responsible for all customer relationships, finances, sales, and marketing of the company.

Stacy Conner, manages the interior design process on Conner projects.

Construction Manager Kyle Williams joined Conner Communities, Inc., in the summer of 2006, and has been a vital asset in ensuring the aesthetic and structural integrity of all Conner projects. Kyle has 7 years experience in the new residential construction industry, having spent 4 years with a national homebuilder in Austin, Texas. For the 3 years prior to joining Conner, Kyle was managing high-end residential custom projects in the Tyler area. Kyle oversees Conner Communities’ subcontractor and vendor relationships on a daily basis and ensures our projects are built on time and on budget. Kyle enjoys time with his wife Meredith as well as volunteering on committee with Young Life Tyler, when not at work.

Conner Communities, Inc., is a proud active member of the Tyler Area Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders, and National Association of Homebuilders. Conner is also one of the select local builders to join the EPA Energy Star program. Ross Conner is also honored to be a sponsor and Board member of the Tyler Independent School District Foundation.
